A terceira edição do Spike Awards premiou os melhores videogames do ano de 2005. Resident Evil 4 e World of Warcraft foram os grandes vencedores da cerimônia, apresentada por Samuel L. Jackson, que aconteceu no último fim de semana no Gibson Amphitheater de Los Angeles. A gravação deve ir ao ar em dezembro na Spike TV estadunidense, auto-proclamado O Primeiro Canal para Homens.
